Rating: 2/10Unacceptable Accomodation with dogs
We were put in a smoking room beside the laundry room. We were sick with cigarette smoke and had to listen to the commerical washer & dryers. When we asked to change rooms we were rudely told that that was the only room. We had travelled for 11 hours and if we weren't exhausted would have left. We left a comment card with the manager and never heard anything back. Prior to this my husband I always stayed at this hotel every business and personal trip to the city. Never again will we darken those doors. Before
