Rating: 4/10invasion of privacy
We've stayed here many times but I'll never stay here again. We put up with alternating scorching and freezing showers, hard as a rock beds and paper thin walls because it is cheap, close to Disneyland and allows pets for a small fee. But after our last stay we are never going back. A maid decided to enter our room because she said she smelled cigarette smoke. We don't smoke that's why we get a non-smoking room and put up with the manager's rudeness. However, she went in, rifled through our things, found nothing but still decided to lock us out of our room. Then they threatened to call the police when we protested about the maid entering our room with a do not disturb sign on the door. To make a long story shorter, we then left and the manager refused to give me back my phone charger which I had left in there. I had one night still paid for too. Not a good place!
Restrictions/Fees notes: Parking fee, hard to find a place when busy, pet fee of $10 a night for a smoking room.
