Rating: 4/10only in an emergency.
1. getting in and out of the hotel was a nightmare: the hotel knew i had pets and put me upstairs on the second floor farthest away from the elevators. there was no help with luggage but a wheelie cart for use which barely fit into the single elevator. 2. hotel appeared old, very worn and smelly. also, was very noisy and although there was a refridgerator in the room as i requested, it made all sorts of strange noises that kept us all up all night. overall, i expected much more from a clarion - even if it was a pet hotel. this was a very run-down, inconvenient and smelly place that leaves me not wanting to ever stay at a clarion again. in short - stay only in a dire emergency.
