They take pets, but the room was dirty. The carpet was heavyly soiled, and not vaccumed. There small pieces of paper all around the carpet. There small hairs left all over the tub. The coffee pot had an oily film on. Staff does not know what they are doing. They forgot to enter my information in the computer, so my room number showed "vacant". At five thirty (5:30) in the morning I was awakened by the new guests trying to get in my room. Thank God for the chain!!
