Although the hotel has a weight limit that my 2 dogs exceeded, they welcomed us anyway. At check in, the General Manager offered me bowls, treats and a dog walker. I refused. A few minutes after I settled in an employee came to my room and gave me his cell # and told me that if I went out and needed the dogs walked to call him. They also left a copy of a dog magazine under my door. They were terrific and I am returning this weekend.

Rating: 8/10very welcoming
This was our 3rd stay with the cats. The staff were welcoming and enthusiastic. Our room was changed to the river side of the building so the cats could have some sunshine. A refrigerator was available for food storage. Cleaning staff were careful and attentive so the cats didn't escape. The bed was set so that the cats couldn't get up under the box spring to dissappear when departure time came around (believe me - it's not easy to remove a reluctant cat from inside a king-size box spring!)
