Rating: 4/10Not very nice
This facility is actually close to 10 miles of I81 through downtown Hagerstown. It is very dirty and the building is leaking everywhere!! I killed 2 waterbugs in my room. Due to all the water, there is a musty smell. The parking lot is very dark and not at all pet friendly. If my kids were not so exhausted, I would have hightailed my butt right out of there.
