The Colonnade Hotel is in a great location, the hotel is clean and has nice facilities but the staff is very disappointing.
We were given a notice to read and sign that told us we would be given a dog bed and welcome basket for the dog.
We never got a bed or treats for our dog. We called Concierge and they kept brushing us off, they eventually told us they only had two beds and they were being used.
The service isn't any better for humans, after being repeatedly brushed off by Concierge, we resorted to going to the information desk at the Prudential Center for information and to book tours.
Also do not eat at the Restaurant!!! Yes the food is good but the service horrible. By the time you have waited to long and been ignored, the food will taste like chalk.
We're we just unlucky? I don't think so, because other houseguest complained to us and the locals know about the restaurant.

Don't stay here!!!
We arrived and inquired about the free dog bed, food bowl and welcome package offered ont heir website. The Concierge staff was clueless- they didn't know how to find it, then they told us there were only two dog beds. They told us they would contact housekeeping and let us know. The day before we left, I inquired again, and they told me I could call the info line from my room and ask them- they could have walked over and done it themselves!! Terrible service, don't bother with them. The restaurant is so slow you age while you're in there!
