Rating: 2/10Are not really pet friendly
Stayed here last year with 2 small dogs and had no problem. This year arrived with same pets. Went out for dinner (gone 2hrs) and was locked out of my room. Went to desk and was rudely told pets cannot be left alone. No mention of this at check-in time nor is it posted anywhere. As a result, I was moved to first floor (which I had requested to begin with since its easier to get pets outside and was told there were no rooms available!?). At 9p.m. I moved everything, with no help from staff and arrived in this new room only to find dog food all over the floor. I spoke with the hotel clerk in the morning and asked about this policy that is no where in sight. I told them I was going out and gave my cell number if there were any problems and the clerk said it would not be a problem. An hour later I got a call from a different hotel clerk telling me I could not leave pets alone and if I did I would have to leave. It was a miserable experience - very stressful. My pets stayed with my sister on christmas eve. Do not even consider this place. The staff and management are very rude and unforgiving.
