Our Yorkies had a ball! They loved Central Park and the Hotel! Everyone was so good to our pets. Our dogs never barked once in the room because they were so cared for by everyone. We highly recommend the Hensley and we'd love to go back again! The location was reallly great.

Rating: 9/10A+ experience.
We have a small dog that was a puppy a the time we stayed at the Helmsley. Everyone was genuinely friendly towards us but LOVED dog. We stayed three days and it could not have been better. The bellmen, the doorman, the check-in desk, everyone was great. Thanks/ Phil & Cathy
