Rating: 7/10Good for over-night stays
We had a spacious king-bed room with lots of bright windows. Ground floor rooms were not available, but there was an elevator. Very clean room, slightly dated. linens and carpet a bit thread-bare. Knowing we were going to be staying at some bargain hotels during our travels with the dog, we brought our own feather pillows and fluffy towels and, of course, His Monkness, the dog has his own comfy space. Not much in the way of grounds for dog walking - mostly just a big parking lot, but that works. Pleasant small town with a good steak house in walking distance. Housekeeping staff were stand-offish with the dog until we introduced him and they saw he had good manners and was terribly happy to meet them. There seemed to be a lot of young people "in residence" so perhaps it is also used by the local university. Standard breakfast room.
Restrictions/Fees notes: CHeck in advance. I think we paid $15 extra.
