Let me start by saying that when you go to check in be prepared for lots of attitude!!! I booked my stay on this web link and under Pet Fees there is no mention of additional charges. So I told the so called hotel check in person that I had 2 small pets with me, she said then we will have to charge you extra ($20.00) for special room cleaning fees. That is a whole other story. But anyway, I told her that on the website there is no mention of pet fees, and this is where the attitude comes in. I told her I wanted to cancel my reservation which said you could cancel 6pm on day of arrival but according to them you needed 48 hrs notice. I asked to speak to a manager and you would think by the way the hotel check in person acted I was some kind of trouble maker and that I was giving her a hard time. Long story short be prepared for additional fees. Part two. When you get to your room. Nasty!!!! with a capitol N. The carpets stained. So called special cleaning procedures thou. My big butt! Cob webs hanging in the corners that look like they have been there since the construction and then I opened the night stand and found trash from a persons visit in June. I mean come on!! Discusting. I had heard from a friend on mine not to stay there but I thought no pet fees I'll take my chances. Big mistake! Continuing on, At this point I haven't made it to the bathroom. When you walk in there is old border on the top of the wall painted over and peeling and cracked. Part 3. They put you and your pets on the backside close to the river Im thinking ok this is good. Wrong apparently after dark is when all the rednecks come out and hoop and holler into the morning hours. Lets put it this way. Management finally did something around 3a.m. From start to Finish this is the worst hotel stay I have ever had!!
