The room was very neat and clean. We asked that Abby not be disturbed when we weren't there, so the housekeeping staff would come to the door and exchange our towels for us and pick up the trash each day and that was all. It is a little loud because of its proximity to the highway, but around back and up the hill is nice. The doors slamming to the rooms is a little unnerving, and the bell on the elevator is really loud when it reaches your floor. If your room is nearby, you definitely hear it. We had a corner room with a jacuzzi and fireplace and balcony that overlooked the mountains and all of that was just wonderful. It was in a very convenient location to everything. Just a short drive. We had no real problems to speak of. Everything except what I mentioned was satisfactory. Oh yeah, there was also a fairly large, nicely kept grassy area out front for Abby to go potty.
Restrictions/Fees notes: Pet fee was $10 a day, which they waived for some reason. I don't know if it was accidental or on purpose. No other restrictions.
