When we got there, we checked in, no problems. We had reserved the room through a per friendly site, so we assumed they knew we had pets. When we left the hotel to go to dinner, we walked into the office, and told them we were going out for dinner, and that our dogs were in the room. We gave them a phone number to call if there was a problem. They seemed shocked that we had a pet, and stated that there would be an additional charge of $10.oo per dog. The following day on check out, we told them we didn't feel that was fair, since we had booked the room through a dog friendly hotels site! The manager was contacted and she told them not to charge the service charge. No other incidents.
